Custom Nudge Templates

Why​

If you find yourself wasting time re-creating similar nudges from scratch, this is for you. Custom nudge templates allow you to quickly set up additional nudges leveraging an existing template setup.

How​

Start by creating a template from one of your existing nudges

Create a custom nudge template via the dots-menu of an existing nudge

The same option is available from the dots-menu in the top right of a nudge's detail page.

Once you created a template, it will be available to use just as the built-in templates are. One difference is that you can continue to edit these templates via the dots menu that will appear on hovering over a custom template card.

Hover to edit or delete a custom template
