An untimed task that gives you the opportunity to show your skills. For some roles, we'll do a case study debrief session, and for others we'll assess your response async. Length != quality!
Logistics permitting, we'll bring you to our office in SF for a series of interviews with team members. Before the day, we send you a list of what interviews to expect and how to prepare for each.
We consider these part of the interview process, not just confirmatory. We like to hear from a manager and a peer if possible.
