Help docs sync for Zendesk allows you to automatically sync your help documents with CommandBar, so they're searchable from our Assistance Suite (HelpHub, Copilot, Spotlight).

Once enabled, help documents can be set to automatically sync on a daily or weekly basis, or on-demand via a manual trigger.
